Your data is not stored. Text is sent to Infomaniak servers in Switzerland where Apertus processes it and returns the translation. Nothing is saved.

As much as Apertus allows, yes. Helvetra relies on Apertus for translations and cannot guarantee or be held accountable for results.
Swiss German has no standardized written form, so accuracy varies by dialect and context. Helvetra uses Apertus, trained on Swiss German data, and continuously improves. For critical documents, always have a native speaker review.
Yes. You can translate from Zürich German to Bern German, or any combination of supported dialects including Basel, Aargau, and more. This is unique to Helvetra.
For Swiss German, yes. Google Translate doesn't support Swiss German at all. Helvetra is currently the only translation tool that handles Swiss German dialects.
Yes. Helvetra supports both formal (Sie/Vous) and informal (du/tu) modes for all languages, including Swiss German. Select your preference before translating.

Yes. The Helvetra Public API is live at /developers. Self-serve from CHF 29/month on Starter (14-day free trial) or CHF 99/month on Business, with per-character overage.

Entirely in Switzerland. Servers, hosting, and the underlying translation model run on Swiss infrastructure governed by Swiss law. Customer text never leaves the country and is never used to train models.
Not on the Starter or Business self-serve tiers at launch. SLAs are available for Enterprise contracts, negotiated per customer. Contact us if you need one.
Yes. All B2B billing is in CHF with Swiss VAT, issued by Stripe. Invoices are available from the developer dashboard via the Stripe customer portal.
From your developer dashboard, click "Manage billing" to open the Stripe customer portal, then cancel. Access continues until the end of the current period.
